The palapa rooftop terrace features ocean views and an outdoor queen bed. The home is surrounded by mature mango, banana & olive trees.

It’s a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the beach, with Todos Santos 15 minutes away and El Pescadero just 5 minutes. Continuous AC use may cause outages due to our 100% solar setup, so we suggest limiting AC use at night to avoid disruptions.
