Excellent place, the house is just like the photos! The house is very nice and has everything you need, Mrs. Nelly is very kind and communication with the Host Miguel is fast, successful and is very collaborating, she instructs you with material so that before the stay you know that you have items in place and to facilitate arrival, the schedule is flexible (respecting the rules). Very grateful to this place, we would definitely come back.

Great stay, highly recommended! My stay in with Moni, was excellent. The place was impeccable, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to mall, transportation. In addition, Moni was very friendly and attentive, always available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I recommend 100%!

August 7 /24 Lucero thank you for all your help during the reservation process, always with that excellent attitude of making us feel at home thank you. The chalet is very striking in the images, but when you arrive it is much more beautiful in reality, the tranquility that is breathed, the peace, and best of all the neatness, the organization and cleanliness are excellent. The greatest treasure are Nancy and Carmen for their charismatic attitude, and the availability to collaborate and serve at all times, we have traveled to many parts of the world, but we have never met such beautiful and kind people, thank you for making us feel at home. I liked the place. However, I feel that the accommodation should have WiFi, as the price is not precisely low and the mobile signal is scarce. Note that if they have Tigo, they won't have much signal, while Claro does it better. I don't know if it happened to me only, the Host apologized for this, but before a reservation I write to the Host to confirm that everything is okay and that the dates are really available, I wrote to the Host twice and replied many days later. Apparently I was on a trip, so I'm not sure if it's always the case. On the other hand, the cleanliness and order were remarkable, how nice to get to a place like that. Finally, the fans in the home are muuuuy good, in the desert it is obviously too hot, but those gadgets are very strong and allowed us to be in the home without stressing and sleeping well.

Julio César was too kind, he always called and/or wrote to ask how we were, if we needed anything. The apartment is the same as in the photos, everything is very clean and organized. The complex is very nice, with large swimming pools. The apartment on the 7th floor is perfect, it's windy and very cool. Totally recommended
