Beachfront vacation rentals in Tolo

Staying with Giannis was really nice. The beach house corresponds to the photos, the sea is right outside the door! There are numerous restaurants and also good shopping in the village itself. We had a rental car, which makes it easy to explore the area, Nafplion is also very easy to reach. Giannis is an excellent host who was always easily accessible and regularly asked us if anything was missing. He also showed us the place and gave us a lot of good tips. We felt very comfortable right away!

We had a wonderful family gathering here. The house was perfect, with a big yard where the kids could play (including small play area) and everything we needed (and more, such as an amazing bbq and pizza oven). Sarantos, the host, was so helpful from the beginning when we were planning our trip to the very end. We enjoyed all the extras, from fresh baked pancakes, to homegrown clementines, to fresh eggs, thank you, Sarantos, for everything!

Heaven on earth! We spent a week at this fabulous house, and cannot recommend it enough. Maria is a caring and wonderful host, and nothing is too much trouble. Dinners next to the sea while the kids played on the beach or in the tree house. Just bliss. We also used the paddle board every day - which was a highlight! Easily walkable to great restaurants too.

The stay with Nikos will remain for us one of our best holiday experiences: the setting is absolutely exceptional!!! The terrace is a real paradise, we can't get enough of the view of the sea, the decoration is both original and warm, there is a small cove below where we were able to swim alone! It's 25 minutes from Nafplio which is charming and close to Mycenes and Epidaurus. Nikos is very friendly and committed to anticipating all our needs. We recommend 100%!!!

Beautiful bay and a very clean spacious space. In April, it is still low season for the restaurants right next to it. Nafplio (20 min) is beautiful and lots to do. Tolo (10 min.) nice to rent a boat.

We were hosted very well. The charming owners are discreet and available if needed. They gave us fresh figs, delicious eggs and vegetables from the garden. The house is well equipped, you can cook there easily. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There's a very wild side where you can swim naked and a more coveted side with umbrellas and sun loungers accessible for free. Coffee shops and restaurant by the sea are a 10-minute walk away. Beautiful place.

Beautiful large and very clean house with 4 bedrooms, all within hearing and with great views over the sea. Very well-kept garden! Many different seating options, also partially covered terraces and verandas. Great for bathing on the private beach. Friendly hostess

A fantastic and wonderfully quiet place to relax and unwind. With all the comforts and a great location. I'm glad there are windows and door screens everywhere and the air conditioning works well. I would definitely come back if I was around the area again.

George's house is really beautiful, inside and out. The nice thing is that this is not some shell of a villa, but clearly someone's home. The setting is spectacular, if a little remote. But we like remote! What really made the difference was George our host and Sophie, his cleaner. Both were super helpful when I had to unexpectedly go into hospital, with George even going so far as to offer to travel the 1.5 hour journey to the Hospital to talk to the doctors on our behalf! In the end, this was not necessary but it was good to know that we had that option if needed. Despite the hospital stay, we had a lovely stay in a lovely setting. And the proximity to Spetses and Hydra is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

We had a wonderful stay at the Miramar Complex. The accommodation was comfortable, the many terraces it has very pleasant, the pool very accessible. The village is charming and welcoming, the bay beautiful. From our home, we were able to make many visits nearby. Our hostess was extremely friendly and accessible. It was a really fantastic vacation! I would recommend this place especially for families with small children or teenagers.

Christos was a wonderful host he met us as we got close to the home so we could follow him and he showed us around the property. It looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular and having pool is nice to come back to. It felt very safe. It’s close about 8 min drive to the center of town supermarket, gas station, restaurants, port.

We had a lovely stay at this simple place. The proximity to the beach and pool allowed us to cool off at any time. Plan a short journey to reach the different sites to visit: Nafplio, Mycenes, Corinth... The accommodation being a little off-center.

During booking we had minor reservations about the levels of privacy as we were aware of there being 3 villas on the large plot. We needn’t have worried. The communication with our host prior to arriving was excellent and continued to be so during our stay. The villa is very well equipped and of a size that can easily accommodate 6 people. The pool was clean and very well used and much enjoyed by ourselves and the ‘private’ beach although quite narrow was a real bonus and again much utilised. The Astros Marina area is authentically Greek with many more Greeks appearing to take their vacations there than overseas visitors which for us was a major positive. We were given invaluable information by our host about local restaurants, sites and areas of interest that each met with and often surpassed our expectations. Check in was very smooth and any help and assistance required was always very prompt and on hand. We have no hesitation in recommending the Astros Sea View Villa.

The house matches its description in every way. The exterior is very pleasant and well maintained. The infinity pool overlooks the bay at 180 degrees. The dining / bbq area is spacious and covered, providing shelter from the sun. The quality of service is impeccable: very clean sheets and towels. Very fluid communication with our host who has always been very responsive.

Most recommended! A beautiful villa with an amazing view, located right on the beach. The shoreline is shared only by a few villas, so it feels very private and peaceful. We stayed for 10 nights—7 adults and 3 children—and had the best vacation! Νεκταρία’s, the host, and Stratos, co-host were wonderful: incredibly kind, helpful, and always one step ahead with recommendations for places to visit and food-shop, even before we asked. They were welcoming, attentive, and available throughout our stay. The villa is perfectly designed for groups, with plenty of shared spaces to spend time together as well as private corners for quiet moments. It’s very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for cooking, grilling, and even making cocktails. We prepared our traditional festive dinner there and didn’t miss a thing. Thank you so much for the perfect family vacation—we can’t wait to come back!

Description and photos do not do justice to this lovely house and garden. It is sheer bliss. The amenities were superb, especially for cooking. The outside space is glorious and all our meals were eaten at the outside table as the sun went down, magical. We cannot recommend enough.

We just stayed here for 3 nights. It is in a wonderful location, close to the beach and the port and restaurants. Dimitra and her husband were extremely nice and helpful and always responded when needed. Dimitra left a wonderful array of items for us to use while we stayed, including refreshments. She was also very helpful and showed us everything that we would need. I would stay here again and recommend it to others as well! Thank you!!!

It was a perfect vacation. The location, the peaceful nature, the sea, the walking places and the proximity to the places we wanted to visit were very nice. The owner was very good with us and dealt with us quickly when there was a problem. He helped us with places to visit. It was a very nice experience for us, if we come to Kiveri again, it is definitely a place we will choose for vacation.

George was very quick to respond and gave great recommendations near his apartment! The views were amazing and we enjoyed being just steps from the sea.

We are absolutely delighted with this accommodation. The place has a big turnaround with plenty of space where you feel right at home. Mariangela welcomed us with wonderful homemade olives, mandarins from their own garden and much more. In front of the house it has beautiful lemon trees and an insanely beautiful view of the sea. We spent three wonderful days here where we bathed on the private beach and could just enjoy the property. The hospitality is particularly noteworthy. Our two hosts came by to say goodbye and even brought us Easter cookies. Thank you for everything!

Voula is a great host, kind , smiling makes you feel like you're home and her family. The house has everything a small family needs and it's really up the sea.
