Our house has spectacular lake views, a modern floor plan and beautiful construction and details. Pet Friendly, Kayaks, Canoe provided. There is an easy path with 21 stairs from the lower parking to the house. The upper parking is accessed with a brand new staircase with 52 steps. The water is 63 steps from the upstairs area.

There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Beautiful Cayuga Lakehouse weekly rentals July Aug

My place is available for WEEKLY RENTALS in July and August from Saturday to Saturday only, three night minimum in June and two night minimum in the off season. We do rent year round as our driveway is promptly plowed and maintained in the winter. We are close to parks and restaurants. Nice ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
