Turn-of-the-century villa in the archipelago and countryside environment.

Vinterbonat century house in lovely agricultural environment in Roslagen. Close to the sea, forest and lake as well as a small community with various shops. The house is close to the main building. In the nearby area there are farm shops, cafes and restaurants within bicycle distance. In the house there are several tiled ovens, fireplace and wood stove. Large bathroom with shower and WC and sauna on the upper floor. The kitchen is a large charming country kitchen with modern equipment such as integration hall, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

Boatman's cottage in rural Roslagen. Proximity to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fire place. Lumpy, secluded and large garden with many cultivars of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different bathing areas and scenic areas. At the cottage there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips, for example. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
