Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

The accommodation is located in the old town, close to the castle. The 2-room apartment on the 1st floor (51m²), 4 min walk to the main market. The apartment can accommodate 1-3 people, fully equipped kitchen (without dishwasher), washing machine, TV. An elevator. One parking spot in the underground parking lot (suitable for the small/mid-range car) A balcony is not provided, NO WLAN, good 5G network Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. Non-smoking apartment. Dear potential guests: Whether you are passing through, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a panoramic view. The sofa-bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and good gastronomy - around it a lot of forest. Our cafe has breakfast on weekdays from 6 or 7 o'clock on weekends.

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed house from the beginnings of German Classical Modernism (BAUHAUS period). It is conveniently set up. The price includes the accommodation tax of the city of ERFURT in the amount of 5% of the accommodation costs.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.
