Cozy little cottage with simple standard

Cabin for what is a break from a hectic everyday life, alone, with a friend or loved one. The standard is simple, but the cabin is great for pleasant walks in the forest, fishing in Borrevannet, fireplace, wine and games in the evening. The cabin is located relatively "centrally in the forest" with a road all the way up. 10min to Horten city center and about 10min to E18. Welcome to our summer paradise! We use the cabin smoothly and in a row, but want to give more access to it when we ourselves are not there. We hope you can sense the same tranquility that we know in what we land in the bay, where the sea and the fields are our closest neighbors. If we don't enjoy the meals outside, the long table inside can accommodate 12 persons. Evenings are happy to spend by the outdoor fireplace. Five bedrooms make this an ideal cabin for two families or several generations who will vacation together.

Here you can find peace with great views of popular bathing water and a short distance to the bathing beach, hiking areas and Andebu city center and Sandefjord/Tønsberg). The cabin is newly renovated in 2025, has a large terrace, fire pit, outdoor furniture, and a view of the lake. From the cabin it is a few minutes walk to a popular beach, and Andebu center with shops, cafe, wine monopoly and library are a few minutes away by car. Close to Sandefjord and Tønsberg.

There is no wifi or cable/satellite dish but new 43 inch hdTV with BluRay player and chromecast. Good mobile coverage. 10 min drive to Andebu w/grocery stores, cafe, library and wine monopoly. No road all the way - 200 m to walk from parking. Bus connection from Tønsberg. The cabin is a 5-minute walk from Steinsvann where there is a bathing jetty.

Cabin overlooking the Oslo fjord less than an hour from Oslo. Building year 2000. 80 square meters. Large windows facing the sea, and large terrace on both sides of the cabin. Road all the way up with a barrier. 5 minutes walk to the pier and swimming area. The cabin has a living room with an open kitchen solution. The kitchen is fully equipped for a regular household. Dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom. Gas grill. Great for families. Pets are allowed.

The cabin is located in a very attractive and child-friendly residential area on Ringshaug a few meters from the sea with stunning views over the Oslo fjord. The place is located approx. 8 min by car from Tønsberg city center, and has walking distance to beaches and bus stop. The area has a number of nice hiking areas, including Bekketjønnmyra, ringshaugstranda and Essoskogen.
