Located 2 blocks from the State Capitol Building and a 5 minute walk to Kansas Avenue, the main downtown street with many shopping and dining options, this apartment is roomy and comfortable. With one queen bed and a queen airbed available upon request, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in this unit. The unit has been fully renovated and is part of an 18 unit building which was built in 1904. Modern features and amenities have been added to the apartment, the building, and the grounds.

This cute little 2 bedroom home will make you happy! It has tons of natural light flooding in the windows, a brand-new kitchen top to bottom, a queen bedroom, daybed and trundle in bedroom #2, comfy cozy living room furniture, large Smart TV, front porch for coffee, and fenced back yard for the pups! Parking is available on the street right out front or off-street in the back. There is a small work desk, pet crate, dog bed, fluffy towels, throw blankets, I think we thought of everything!!

Centrally Located Cozy Villa
Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

The whole family will love this classic College Hill home! Adults can sit and relax on the covered front porch while keeping an eye on the kids playing at the park only yards away! All living spaces have been recently renovated and are on one floor with no need to climb stairs (after the front porch)! The home is centrally located and only minutes away from Washburn University, Hummer Sports Park, Stormont Vail Events Center and pretty much anything else you might be in town for!
