Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

The apartment under the roof of an one family house is modern and cosy furnished. It has a separate entrance and an own balcony. The apartment can host up to 4 Person. Children are welcome. The hosts are living downstairs. We speak german and english. It is a nice spot to relax and recover!

The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The apartment was newly renovated/redesigned in 2023. In the past, this heritage-protected building was a stable. As a result, the building has a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Happy Place Gödenstorf

Our Happy Place is located 40km south of Hamburg near the A7, 20km from Lüneburg. Seven years ago, our family decided to move from Hamburg to the country. Since then Gödenstorf has become our Happy Place. In 2017, we decided to build an apartment in our farm roof and share our Happy Place with guests. Our Shetland ponies, and our three children, are looking forward to taking our guests along for the ride.
