Hotel vacation rentals in Tornado Alley

My husband and I went for a quiet weekend getaway, and the place was beyond expectations, even on their off season. The lodge and grounds were lovely, luxurious and comfortable. Everything was easy. We knew in advance that we would need to bring picnic breakfast/lunch or drive 15 minutes into town, so we packed accordingly. Saturday dinner with Chef Chris was a delicious private dining experience, with every detail tended to. I can only imagine what the place is like during hunting season! So glad we found it. We’ll be back.

Interesting, quiet stay in beautiful historic hotel in Cottonwood Falls. Suzan was wonderful host and I highly recommend spending time at this unique place.

Very clean and pretty! Exactly what we were looking for, will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. I stayed for a work trip but would love to come back with my family as there is a lot to do on the property!

Renee was a life saver. We had a room elsewhere that was a nightmare and in less than 20 min she met us at her place showed us around and made us feel right at home. Perfect spot for Canton trade days. Also this doubles as an event center and is absolutely stunning!! There are also rv spots and cute domes homes. Highly recommend and will be staying with them again next year!!

The stay at Kevin’s place was above and beyond. Just an hour and 45 min out of Dallas, we found a retreat space like no other. From the meditative energy of the labyrinth to the sound healing of the gorgeous chimes to relaxing in the vibro-acoustic room and the large soaking tub, we got to experience a little slice of heaven. It was set up so comfortably. And touches everywhere reminding us of the sacred space we were on. Kevin was an awesome host complementing the spiritual space we were in with his big hearted spirit. We are so grateful we have found this gem. We will surely return.

My family and I stayed at the inn while visiting family who live in CO. What a charming and cozy place! The beds are comfortable and the linens were clean. The breakfast nook was well stocked with self serve items. Showers were hot! Plenty of fresh towels too. Lupe herself in a gem and it was such a pleasure to stay in her inn. Do yourself a favor and check out the dungeon too. Since the inn is a remodeled historical bank, the old vault and other antique items can be found in the basement. We will be staying with her again on our next trip out west ❤️

We had a great time! The room was really spacious. The neighborhood was safe and nice. They even had a pool. The breakfast was superb! Everything was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend Springhill Suites Wichita East Plazzio.

This is a hotel, not a traditional Airbnb, but we loved it! It’s clean and has everything you need for a night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice room, clean and comfortable bed. I didn’t want to leave it! I have stayed here more than once.

This is a perfect location if you're looking to stay closer to the AT&T center for concert or a football game as it is about 6 to 10 minutes from the AT&T stadium. Huge bonus, when we went they have a shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up for an affordable rate. The room was bigger than expected, we had plenty of room to walk around the hotel and we had a great view of the pool.

This place was fantastic!

Great stay. We were in town for the weekend for a wedding at Osage Hills State Park. Laura was extremely helpful, and the Cross Bell was in a great location to grab breakfast in the morning and wind down at the bar downstairs in the evening. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Great stopover point for us. No frills accomodation in a quiet little town. The local bar is walking distance and does great food but closes at 8pm.

We found this place last minute and we were so grateful that we did! My husband And I just wanted to getaway for The Weeknd and this spot was perfect! Exactly like the photos. Surrounded by plenty of stores and Things to do! Easy access and private bathroom.

The Sunrise room has fresh, new carpet and was large enough for my family of 4. Very comfortable, clean, and cozy.

Enjoyed walking the grounds and seeing everything. Fun environment. Very nice hosts. Room was as described. Very nice and comfortable. If you are going specifically to see the artists and studios/shops go Thursday through Saturday. We had never been to San Angelo before. Fun city. Nice downtown, visitor center, riverwalk, art museum, State Park. All in fairly close proximity.

It was a beautiful relaxing place! Definitely would love to come back.
