Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Peaceful and centrally-located place, only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and the Riviera Village and many great restaurants and shopping. (No Parties or excessive loud noise. The neighbors can hear. Quiet hours is at 10:00pm to 9:00am 10 minute drive to the Redondo Pier. Close to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, and Palos verdes. 10-12 minutes to hospitals, medical centers, and Torrance Airport. You can hear some noise from the lower unit even though the floor was soundproofed

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
