Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. CA'N JUAN Amazing house with pool in Sóller center

Majorcan style house with land and excellent pool, the house is distributed over 3 floors and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a toilet. The location is good, you can walk to the center of Sóller which is about 700 meters from the house and there is an agricultural cooperative with a small supermarket just 100 meters from the house. To get around Sóller, a not too big car is recommended the streets in the town center are as small as the one that leads to the villa.

The house is pure Mallorcan style, with its rustic details, the pool is incredible. It is located in the heart of the island, in a rural setting ideal for relaxing, reading or working. It has wonderful views of the Sierra de Tramontana, declared a World Heritage Site. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Please note that there is no air conditioning, but there are fans and a mosquito net in the room. There is a surveillance camera at the entrance.
