Todo muy bien, estancia excelente para ir con los niños porque la piscina está en frente del porche, los puedes vijilar sin levantarte de la silla. La playa muy cerca. Muy buenos colchones y almohadas, me ha gustado que eran todos blancos. La cocina muy bien equipada. Margot nos ha recibido muy bien, muy puntual, nos fuimos un día antes y no ha dudado en venir a la hora que le hemos pedido. Para poner un pero, sería la escalera caracol muy estrecha, no puede subir cualquier persona a la última planta pero hemos estado muy a gusto, nos ha encantado.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Julieta, tout est parfait: décoration, espaces, c’est très fonctionnel et pratique! Le quartier est calme et proche des restaurants, je recommande notamment Vino Divino Bar Restaurante sur la Plaza Nueva . Le jardin méditerranéen et d’une manière générale tout l’extérieur sont top!Proximité également à pied de la plage et du très beau Paséo Sardinero ! On peut se garer facilement dans la rue et les axes routiers pour visiter , sont tout proches! Une belle expérience que je recommande à 100%!

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Delia's house in Cabo Roig last week. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and how well-equipped the house was. It really felt like a home away from home. The location was absolutely fantastic. We loved being within easy walking distance of the beach and the vibrant Cabo Roig strip with its many shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area with our children so convenient. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family. Delia was a fantastic host. Communication was always prompt and helpful, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We would wholeheartedly recommend Delia's house to any family looking for a fantastic holiday in Cabo Roig. The combination of a comfortable and well-located property with a welcoming host made for a truly memorable trip. We hope to return in the future!

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheißen, im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Bei Anliegen wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert. Die Lage ist top man kann zu Fuß Strand und Restaurants etc. Gut erreichen. Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen .

Check in was very easy. Iwona’s husband met is at the house and gave us a tour. He explained everything and said if we needed anything to call. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. After a day of travelling the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The location was perfect we had a short walk to many restaurants and La Zenia Boulevard were around a 10 to 15 minutes walk. We would definitely return in the future.

I stayed for a month in this really cozy and super clean apartment. It is equipped with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. It is located almost in the town center so everything you might need is on the next corner so to speak. La Mata is a small town but it has much to offer, beautiful nature and beach, relaxed atmosphere, nice restaurants and cafés, pescadería, carnecería, frutería, some panederías etc. Daniel was a great host, attentive and easy to communicate with and he even arranged a lift for me from Alicante. I highly recommend this place. Five stars.

El alojamiento es tal y como en las fotos y la descripción. La zona tranquila y con servicio proximos , bares , restaurantes y tiendas. Buen sitio para ir con niños.

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

Todo perfecto. La casa estaba muy limpia y bien equipada, ideal para pasar unos días de descanso. La ubicación es tranquila y cómoda. Thomas, el anfitrión, fue encantador desde el primer momento: muy amable, nos ayudó incluso a cargar algunas cosas al llegar y tuvo el detalle de dejarnos una bombona de gas butano para usar en la barbacoa, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Sin duda repetiríamos. ¡Muy recomendable!

L’appartement était impeccable, propre et bien agencé . Le hôte est réactif et disponible. Bel environnement, l’appartement est à quelques mètres de la plage, des restaurants…je conseil vivement ce logement, Merci Lary!!!

Lovely clean modern flat. Seafront walk and supermarket both near. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beach 20 mins walk. I also liked the Thursday market just around the corner!

Pablo idealny gospodarz. Pomocny i komunikatywny. Nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo spokojna okolica i około trzy minuty pieszo do plaży. Sam apartament wart swojej ceny. Wszystkie udogodnienia z opisu, a nawet więcej niż się człowiek spodziewał. Każdy miał swój pokój. Nawet znajdował się airfryer. Kostki do zmywarki także były w zestawie, także naprawdę gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica . La casa es muy acogedora y moderna con todos los utensilios necesarios en buen estado . Muy bien situada , en zona tranquila , pudiendo ir tanto al pueblo como a la playa a pie . El propietario ha sido encantador con una gran flexibilidad en los horarios , muy pendiente de todo lo que pudiésemos necesitar en todo momento . Sin duda repetiremos .

Als wir ankamen, regnete es und es war kalt. Wir konnten aber die Unterkunft gut aufheizen. Es regnete die nächsten 3 Wochen weiterhin sehr oft, es war kalt und stürmisch. Trotzdem konnten wir uns in der Unterkunft gut aufhalten - immer mit Blick auf den schönen Pool und die Umgebung. Nachbarn reinigten sogar vom Winde angewehte Gegenstände von der Quartierstrasse. Ich musste remote arbeiten. Es passte also. Zu Fuss einkaufen gehen, war schön, interessant und sauber und es hat freundliche Nachbarn. Diese 5 Wochen waren sehr erholsam. Herzlichen Dank auch an Aga.

Annette’s apartment was lovely, with everything you could need for a long stay. The roof terrace was spectacular, we really enjoyed using the sun loungers. The apartment is so well positioned in my view, as it is close to Le Mata we’re they have a really cool outdoor market, which is a great place to get your veg and so much else. It’s only a few dozen meters to the beach which you can see from the roof terrace. Alan who met us at the apartment was super helpful and very kind, really appreciated all his efforts. We would definitely go back again.

Sergio was an excellent host. His apartment is exactly as described and clean. The complex is lovely and we loved the heated outdoor pools. Such a bonus to have a private hot tub on the terrace. We would return.

Our stay was really lovely and the apartment was spacious and beautiful. The sea views were amazing and the locality to the town was a 20 minute walk along the beach. The beach is just across road which was fabulous. The check in and communication was great with Margot and was she was so friendly, helpful and met us to check in the morning and arrived at 6AM for checkout. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting Santa Pola - the only stipulation would be there is no lift so it'll keep you fit walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! 5*** Stay!
