Asunnossa siis yksi makuuhuone parisängyllä sekä tilavalla "tupakeittiöllä". Yksi wc suihkukaapilla. Asunnossa myös viilentävä ilmälämpöpumppu. Ulkona lasitettu terassi ja vielä sen lisäksi pieni avonainen terassi. Lähellä sijaitsee uima-allas ravintolalla jota saa käyttää pientä maksua vastaan. Lähellä myös koirapuisto!
