Old, cozy cottage in the countryside, yet close to everything

Next to Hjälstaviken's nature reserve is this cottage, which is a wing building to Husby-Sjutolft's vicarage. Parts of the house are probably from the 1700s. The house is 60 square meters with two rooms, kitchen, hall and bathroom with shower. You live next door to the host family, but have your own "backside" with a balcony down the afternoon and evening sun and views of the agricultural landscape. In the area, there are nice walking paths and trails around Hjälstaviken, at Ekolsund Castle and in the forests around. Grocery store is within 10 km.

Cottage two minutes from the beach

Welcome to this simple little paradise! Several cozy patios and barbecue. Only two minutes to the sandy beach. Perfect for both morning and evening dips! There is cold water in the tap, and with a kettle, you can make hot water for the dishes. Two hotplates and a small oven. Microwave, fridge and freezer. The cottage has a bedroom with a 180 cm bed which takes up the entire room. In the small cottage there is a 140 bed that provides space for two more people/children. Here we have rechargeable lights. Outhouse and outdoor shower.

Bus and bike path to town and Sundbyholm (3 km). Sheets are available to rent for SEK 75/person and stay.

Golf and paddle tennis court as well as Lake Mälaren with swimming area, about 200 meters away. Possibility to rent a rowboat and paddleboards.

Welcome to our guest house. The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.

Welcome to our cozy cabin, located just a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the lake. Our cabin is situated on the same property as the main house, where my family resides. 🏕 As I've relocated to another city, I may not be able to greet you in person but there will always be someone available to help you with anything you need 🙂
