Condominium house with 3 other houses, very well equipped, clean. New Furniture & New Paint It is about 12 minutes walking from Rua da Xêpa. Linisa was attentive and always responded with agility. Nick ( dog) security of the house, a very friendly and docile German shepherd.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, modern and welcoming, with great views of the beach. The walking access to the beach is great, as well as the beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen. Diego, Linisa and Nelson are warm, available and have done everything to make our stay go smoothly. Thanks so much and we'll be back if we're in the area again!

The house is delicious uam! The whole open environment is different and cozy and the house is fresh. Bárbara is very kind, she always replied quickly. We need some help one day in the night and she answered us and provided support immediately. Wonderful hospitality.

The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures, it is in a gated condominium with 24-hour porter and accepts animals. The host is very attentive and easy to communicate. I recommend it.

We had a great stay at this wonderful house. The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Because it is a fully integrated environment, it provided us with wonderful moments with our friends and our dogs, who had a great time in the space. The house is fully equipped and new with good, comfortable beds, high-quality and clean linens and towels. The host Luiza was very attentive and friendly, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was perfect with attention to every detail. Without a doubt, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and very comfortable stay. I would definitely come back!

This accommodation in Gostoso was great for spending family days with the tranquility of the region. The house looks like the photos, comfortable and very pleasant space. The common leisure area of the condominium did not have the swimming pool clean but I believe we arrived shortly after a holiday. The host Camila was extremely quick in the answers and helped with all the questions.

What we most loved about our stay was Risia's kindness and communication. The house is amazing, very spacious, airy, bedrooms and large bathrooms. It has basic items and is very well taken care of. Risia always answered us at the time, answering questions, guiding and making himself available. It was a great experience!

Very good house, better than in the photos, is a few meters from the beach, next to a bakery and very close to a market. The negatives, but which do not affect at all were: not having parking and the barbecue shower only works with the water pump on, but this was already in the ad and as I said, the house surprised positively in all aspects.

The stay at Bela's place was amazing. We took a trip with 5 couples of friends, and everyone really enjoyed the space, we were able to have the privacy of the single rooms, and a 10 note leisure area to share during the day. Without a doubt it was the best choice for us, we already left there thinking about when we will come back! Other than that, Belle was very friendly and helpful in all the necessary support, we didn't have any problems, the whole house was clean and very organized. Thanks for the welcome!

First of all, we had a great service! they answered our questions, were flexible with the scheduling and allowed my pets to enter (which are quite used to staying on airbnb). The stay was perfect! Very airy house, the beach is amazing for walking (my dogs loved playing in the sand strip with little movement) and a delight to make a family barbecue in the pool area. Neide was super solicitous and had warnings and suggestions all over airbnb, we highly recommend!

The house is perfect, lots of utensils, delicious green area, fantastic space. The bed is very nice, I haven't slept so well in a while. Your Adenio and the couple who help you, are wonderful people and always ready for anything. For remote workers, the internet is fantastic and working looking at that garden with a sense of peace and quiet, super relaxing. Despite having air conditioning, I didn't feel the need to call any day, the house is suuuuper ventilated. Quiet neighborhood, the only noise you will hear is the refreshing wind of São Miguel. For those who don't drive, it's possible to walk downtown without any problem, it's not a suuuper walk nearby, but it's also nothing out of this world. Here, the only problem you're going to have is not wanting to leave anymore. In 10 months on the road, as a digital nomad, this was definitely the best home I've ever been to. I want to return soon to São Miguel and I will definitely look for your Adenio!

I had already stayed in another chalet advertised by Mario, and I had loved it, it is an inexplicable tranquility. It was so good that I came back again and rented the whole house, it was amazing, they are extremely helpful, there is everything in the house, everything, Rejane treated me super well, as always, and I will definitely come back. There is no negative point, it is a house that makes you want to stay longer and you leave already thinking about the next time you will return lol. A great family atmosphere.

The stay at Deise's house was wonderful. Besides being a sweetheart, very caring, she really met everything we asked for. We even had a problem with the showers, which she quickly changed, going to the location. The house is wonderful, spacious rooms, bathrooms as well, well-equipped kitchen, swimming pool with wonderful whirlpool, effectively had everything, the hammock in front of the house, in a lounge with a grape vine. Anyway, everything was very good. If I could highlight points for improvement, just the cleanliness of the toilet in one of the upstairs suites and the smartv connection, which we didn't understand how to use very well, so the elderly in the house were kind of left without anything to do, but these are details that don't detract from anything.
