It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Enjoy a campfire in the side yard/former pony corral or relax on the spacious screened in porch. 30 minutes from seasonal farmers market and from Manchester for outlets.

We live on a 30 acre homestead in southern Vermont. We currently have 15 chickens, a border collie (Stevie), 2 cats, a brick pizza oven, gardens, the best star gazing you can find, and a beautiful view. Watch and listen to the birds, gaze at the stars, hang out with Stevie, or explore Southern Vermont. We live and work on the property. Our campsite allows a max of 4 people and parking for two cars.

Shared hot tub with great views. Located on a historic 38-acre working farm. If you need more space we have an adjoining apartment that sleeps 5. Apartment is above garage and attached to the main farmhouse. Maximum six guests.
