Vacation rentals with beach access in Tramandaí

A great stay, excellent location in front of the beach and very useful amenities in everyday life. I recommend the community!

The apartment has warm décor, offers comfort, is airy and is very organized and clean. The highlight is in the stunning view of the beach and the bar. The building is close to the beach and the Centro, located in the best place in Tramandaí. It is accessible for those who have decreased mobility, have a lift and an access ramp on the door. Our hospitality was brief but pleasant and quiet, corresponding to our expectation.

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

Perfect House! Me and my family felt at home, the stay was great! Just one block of the sea, a very quiet place, and well located. The house is cozy, very airy, comfortable beds, the sofa then everyone loved it. The atmosphere with barbecue is great, with a pool table for fun. Mr. Diego was very kind and clear in the information, super quick to reply to us, host note mil! The counties that the wife of Mr. Diego makes, they are also wonderful! In short, we love and want to return, even my pets felt at home. A thousand note! 🙏🏼

Alexandra and Maicon are two very kind, warm and friendly people who were always available and attentive to solve any need that arose. The house was fully equipped with touches in every corner, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and in each bathroom there was a special liquid soap. The experience was very pleasant for everyone, the house is located close to a very nice and quiet spa. The center is not far away and you can go anywhere by Uber. In short, a great place to spend beautiful moments :)

Everything was fine with the stay. It was only 1 night but the house was super complete, and you could easily stay much longer. Comfortable property and great service too. We recommend it!

My husband and I rented to go with my sister brother-in-law and nephew and everything was wonderful. Both Michele and her mother-in-law , always very dear , when we need it, helped us. We love spending these days at their home. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the stay

The location of the apt is great, facing the beach and has a nearby trade, not needing a car, only if you want to go to the center or larger markets. The apartment is small, but has everything you need, everything was clean and organized. Check in and check out were very quiet and I received all the information I needed, the host was always very helpful. I recommend staying in this apartment!

We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!

The flat is super cozy and had everything we needed, I felt at home. The view is incredible! Well located in front of the sea! Cristina, our host, is a sweetheart! We were given all the instructions we needed to enjoy our holiday in Tramandaí. When we arrived, we were greeted by Roberval and wife who were also super loved and attentive with us. We'll definitely be back!😊
