Charming simple little house by Trollsjön!

A simple but nice house right by Trollsjön, just outside Tranås. Beautiful nature, large fenced plot (5000 sqm). Take a morning swim at your own dock and enjoy the nature. Walking distance to the city center and train station but still completely undisturbed location. The plot is shared with us, the host couple, who live in the other house. The garden is curiously guarded by our Boxer Bibi. If you bring a dog, we will of course make sure they do not disturb each other. Barbecue area on the rock, pizza oven by the lake, frisbee basket and trampoline on the property.

Kongsbacken - Sail House

Unna dig en oförglömlig vistelse i vår idylliska fastighet belägen strax utanför Tranås. Kongsbacken bjuder på en enastående kombination av avkoppling och äventyr, allt inbäddat i en lummig trädgård. Fastigheten innehåller två uthyrningsbara lägenheter som precis är nyrenoverade. Ett stenkast från fastigheten hittar du vår brygga som delas med endast två andra boenden. En dold pärla vid sjön Sommen där du kan ta en paus från vardagen, paddla i vår kanot, bada, fiska eller bara slappna av.

Cottage Uddebo, private beach and garden

Uddebo ligger precis vid Rosjön och endast 10 km norr om den vackra trästaden Eksjö. Huset ligger på en udde ute i sjön och har ett unikt sjöläge med sjöutsikt från alla delar av huset. Från vardagsrummet och sovrummet kommer du ut på ett trädäck med trappa ner till trädgården och bryggan. Det är ett naturskönt och ostört läge med hus i närheten men inte precis bredvid. Närheten till riksväg 32 gör det enkelt att ta sig hit. Vägen hörs, men för de allra flesta upplevs det inte som störande.

Farmhouses Småland

Here you live in a farmhouse surrounded by a lush garden with fruit trees and vegetable crops. The house is in an older villa area, a ten-minute walk from the city center and the same distance to the nearest swimming lake. Go for a forest hike, visit farm shops in the countryside or take a canoe trip on the nearby lake Sommen. Or take the train to Stockholm for the day. If you come by car, there is room to park and bicycles are available to borrow. A perfect location to explore Småland!

Söker ni en lantlig miljö med fantastiskt utsikt över Vättern? Då har ni hittat rätt! Känner inte till många stugor i Sverige där man kan se tre olika län från en och samma plats. Stugan har det mesta då det kommer till bekvämlighet. Fullutrustat kök, bäddsoffa, dubbelsäng och badrum. Därtill wifi och tv med Netflix etc. Utomhus finns ett trädäck med grill, bord samt stolar och utomhuseldstad. Har ni barn i sällskapet finns ytor att springa runt på, gunga samt åka rutschkana.

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Here you live in 90 sqm split on two floors with private entrance and garden. You can park on the property. Quiet and rural location with just a walk of about 10 minutes down to Tranås city center. Across the street there is a 4H farm where you can visit lambs, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens! Sommen Lake and nature reserve nearby. Bed linens are available to rent and cleaning is included!

Relax in a peaceful, rural setting in this cottage with direct access to both forest and water. Take a forest walk to pick berries and mushrooms, relax by the swimming area and dock, visit the animals at the farm, or go fishing on the lake! From here, it is about 90 km to Astrid Lindgrens Värld, 45 km to Gränna, and 60 km to Jönköping.
