Small apartment close to the beach.

Peace and beautiful nature close to the beach. This small apartment of 24 m2 is connected to a smaller cottage. It is located in the most beautiful nature with birdsong and rich wildlife outside the windows. Walk 300 meters across the field and you are at the beach. There is a private terrace in connection with the apartment. There is an insect net in the patio door, so sleep with the door open and enjoy the sounds of the night. Take the food and a bottle of wine to the hilltop of the field and enjoy the magnificent views of the fields and beach. There is a dog on the property.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary barbecue in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden.
