The apartment is on the first floor, with 10 easy-access steps, and has all the amenities: air conditioning, independent heating, kitchen, oven, kitchen utensils, TV, mosquito nets, washing machine. The bathroom has a bidet and a shower stall. Sheets and towels are provided.
