Villa vacation rentals in Transdanubia

The place was quite and clean. We loved our stay not to mention that the beach was 10-15 minutes away (there is a bit of a hill walking up to the house but not too bad, even my 70 years old mom was able to climb it). Check-in was flexible; we met up with Sara to check-in who was friendly and courteous. A few observations: 1) we rented the entire house (both of the apartments) and neither kitchen had a microwave. It wasn't a huge deal but it would have been nice to warm up some leftovers in the microwave! 2) All of the doors were extremely squeaky and loud - this was an issue during the middle of the night if someone had to use the bathroom. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and I would recommend this place.

There were three of us in the vacation home for three days. The accommodation was functional and the swimming pool served us very well. Only the two sofa beds are not super comfortable. But if you don't expect a bed, that's totally fine. We would definitely come back.

Very well organized accommodation for a vacation for four. Great general services. The beach is 5-10 min walk and the area is beautiful. The place is very quiet and the possibility of parking inside is a plus. Krisztina's advice was well advised. I would recommend the accommodation and the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's Villa on Lake Balaton! The villa was not only beautifully furnished but also spotlessly clean. The location was perfect – within walking distance of the lake and in a quiet, idyllic area. Adam was an excellent host, always available and very helpful. The furnishings of the villa left nothing to be desired, from the well-equipped kitchen to the terrace and garden with barbecue. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would recommend the villa to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time at Lake Balaton. Thank you, Adam, for this great stay!

Around it was a very good stay. Exploring Vienna from this location worked great. Some furnishings are slowly coming to their end of life. But for a place to stay and stay is perfectly fine.

everything was great. the place is huge and full with amenities. Jacuzzi was tremendous. kitchen was fully equipped. one thing. matters was just descent, and also the blanket a bit short . beside that. was awesome.

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay! Our family (kids, parents, and grandparents) had the best time at this gorgeous villa in Balatonfured. The house is so pretty, with comfy furniture and cool decorations that made us feel right at home. We loved hanging out by the pool. The kids had a blast, and us adults got to relax in style. It felt like our own little paradise. The kitchen is great (we love to cook), and we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace every day and every meal. It was great being so close to the lake too - we could walk to the beach and restaurants in just a few minutes. If you're looking for a special place to make memories, this villa is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

We spent an extended weekend here and were more than satisfied all around. The villa is even more impressive in real life and exudes so much homeliness that you don't want to leave at all. The garden is uniquely beautiful. If you are looking for an oasis with lots of birdsong, nature and a place to stay with a little something, this is the place to be. Our highlight: enjoy the sunset on the roof of the wine cellar every evening! We will be back.

Nice Villa, especially for bigger groups.

Very friendly host! Home has all comforts. 3 bathrooms and large bedrooms. Lots of privacy in and around the house. Beautiful clean outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is inside. Quiet and safe environment. Shopping center and supermarkets and bakeries are close by. Not far from town of varazdin where there is more to experience and a little more than an hour drive to Zagreb and Maribor. Plenty of towels, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher everything at hand. Garden chairs, sunbeds and beautiful activities on the lawn. In short, a beautiful accommodation. Some softer beds and pillows. 1 room really has a king size lovely bed! We have been super helped with cots and chairs. Please communicate your need and they will think along with you! Very nice to meet these people.

This lovely house is fully equipped with all you need for a carefree stay. Well-stocked kitchen, mosquito nets on all windows and doors, excellent wifi, comfy beds and a spacious living room, there is simply nothing missing! The location is the best, right on the water, quiet but close to good restaurants and shops. Charming hostess, great communication, it felt like home, we hope to come back!

It was super fun. The house is beautiful. The nature all around is stunning. Janja, the host, is extremely friendly and responsive.

It was amazing! beautiful views, nice big and clean house. The garden and the fruit you were allowed to pick and eat yourself! The pool was large and clean! Large terrace where we spent every night. Everything was perfect! And not to forget the host.. super friendly and good contact, they thought of everything, there was everything to make your stay comfortable. Had a wonderful relaxing holiday. Aleksandra and her husband were great hosts from the beginning. The house is very nice and very clean. The garden is great, but unfortunately there was no more the fire pit shown in a photo. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped , including welcome gifts. The pool was cleaned every day. We liked it so much that we would have liked to extend it. Absolute insider tip: About 1 km away is a great restaurant. A beautiful ambiance. Baranjska-Kuca. With Museum. Say goodbye, there was a lovingly packed gift from our hosts. We would love to come back.

What an awesome villa Atilla has. 5 double rooms, great kitchen, spacious shady deck under a large awning, large private garden with plenty of shade and a lovely pool. The games area and table tennis is a nice addition. The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils - something we have found other airbnb's lack when cooking for a group of six. The villa is very close to the lake with access from the rear garden. The lake is fab - we had morning and evening swims each day when it was less busy and play time using atilla's SUP paddleboard in the afternoons. One of the best Villa's we've rented for our family. thank you

Everything was perfect. Clean ,comfortable, host very friendly . A real little fairy tale as the hosts described it. 10/10 and we'd be happy to come back again 😄

Almost everything was perfect, the only 2 issues we had 1. No air conditioner (but we know it of course, so can't complain) 2. In my opinion it's less suitable with babies (0-3). But otherwise we really recommend it. Edina been good for us and very friendly, and help with all we need.

Rarely have I felt as comfortable in an AirBnB as in the beautiful home of Alix and Günther. Very tasteful, it had everything you could have asked for and nothing too much. Very nice four-poster bed, large bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen with all that you could need, living room and dining table. More seating in the conservatory and in front of the house, but it was too cold for that. You can hike directly into the beautiful Vienna Woods. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The trip to downtown Vienna takes some time by public transport and the connection is no longer optimal in the evening, but that was clear to us before booking. Clear recommendation!

We all liked 11 (8 adults and 3 grandchildren). We will definitely come back. If it works, even next year.
