Vacation rentals with a firepit in Transylvania

Amazing stay at the blue house and a very good place to reconnect with nature and lose track of time. Xander was an amazing host and always responded instantly to our requests, and also treated us to a very nice homemade palinca! We recommend the Blue House from the bottom of our hearts and hope to return soon!

Great place to stay — we really enjoyed our time here! When you arrive, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, perched in the mountains with a stunning view over the entire city. But in reality, you're just a 10-minute ride from the city center, and taxis only cost around €5. We especially loved spending the evenings around the fire pit, lighting some wood and enjoying a cozy, campfire-like experience. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. They kindly allowed us to drop off our bags early in the morning so we could make the most of our day without worrying about our luggage. And when a last-minute flight cancellation forced us to stay an extra night, they were quick to help and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and these wonderful hosts!

Nu ai cum sa te plictisesti, mai ales cu o asemenea priveliste. Casa este foarte incapatoare, plina de viata, totul super curat si primitor. Nu lipseste niciun lucru de care sa ai nevoie, nici din casa nici din curte. Gazda foarte amabila si intelegatoare. Iar pretul este unul de neratat !!

The accomodation and the location was very nice, peaceful and I remembered a lot of memories since I was a kid and going to my grandparents house. On top of that the host were very nice people. We will come back for sure and I recomend the place!

Ενα πολύ όμορφο, ζεστό και καθαρό σπίτι με τρία υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, οργανωμένη κουζίνα και μια όμορφη αυλή. Ο Ιονούτ μας υποδέχθηκε στην άφιξή μας και μας ξενάγησε στο χώρο. Είναι πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης και μας άρεσε η φιλική του προσέγγιση. Έχει λίγο χωματόδρομο αλλά δεν είναι και τόσο κακό. Ευχαριστούμε για την Φιλοξενία Ιονούτ. Σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφθούμε πάλι.

I am very impressed concerning the renovation of such an old building. A cool combination of a traditional 1940s house with modern standards. The only thing that is different in the photos (but in a positive sense) is the kitchen as it is now all new and superbly equipped. The host is very kind and welcoming - many thanks for having something to eat in the fridge! After a day's driving this is really very nice. Very good place for outdoor gatherings because of the well-equipped gazebo and the bathroom available outside. The host speaks perfect English :) Wi - fi: works flawlessly, Cleanliness: very well cleaned accommodation, Neighbourhood : quiet and peaceful.

O cazare absolut impecabilă! Totul a fost perfect, de la curățenie și confort până la ospitalitatea gazdei. Locuința este extrem de bine întreținută, cu atenție la detalii, iar priveliștea este superbă – exact ce trebuie pentru o escapadă relaxantă în mijlocul naturii. Bonus: gazda ne-a surprins cu un foc de tabără în curte, ceea ce a făcut experiența și mai autentică și de neuitat. Ne-am simțit extraordinar și cu siguranță vom reveni!

This is really is an exceptionally beautiful place, just a few minutes from the old city centre. Recommended strongly, and for sure a place to come back too. Everything you need is available and the atmosphere is just great. Mihaela reacts very fast to all questions and was very kind and flexible.

Am fost foarte impresionati de apartament si de gazduire! Totul este la superlativ si se simte pe deplin implicarea domnului Iorga si interesul acordat pentru a asigura confortul chiriasilor. Apartamentul este integral accesorizat si foarte curat. Noi vom reveni categoric cu placere! :-)

Patul a fost foarte confortabil: pilota tine de cald, pernele pufoase. Foarte confortabil patul. În întreg apartamentul a fost căldură.

Ich habe einen Monat in der Unterkunft von David verbracht und mich dort rundum wohlgefühlt. David ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und jederzeit gut erreichbarer Gastgeber – es war wirklich eine Freude, bei ihm zu mieten. Die Wohnung ist praktisch ein separater Anbau an das Haus von David und seiner Familie. Sie bietet absolute Ruhe, einen eigenen Eingang mit Flur, eine große und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein kleines, aber funktionales Bad mit allem, was man braucht, sowie ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten. Es fühlt sich fast wie ein eigenes kleines Haus an. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Nur wenige Minuten entfernt fahren Busse, etwa die Linie 1 direkt in die Altstadt oder der 23B, der einen zum nächsten Verkehrsknotenpunkt bringt – von dort kommt man zum Beispiel nach Zărnești oder Râșnov. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

A really unique place in a quiet area really good for relaxing for a few days. Rares is a great host, we got clear instructions o how to find the place and how to use heating and stuff. It is a wood cabin so it does make some sounds when you walk on it but this just adds to the rustic feeling so if you like this type of accomondation you will love this!

Gazda este primitoare, îți răspunde la orice întrebare oricand iar locația este frumoasa! Prețul este foarte bun

Nu exista cuvinte suficient de frumoase care sa descrie aceasta locatie. Iar “acasa” e putin spus, te trezesti dimineata si esti in inima naturii, in mijlocul muntilor, intr-o oaza de liniste. Totul a fost la superlativ, gazdele s-au gandit la tot ce am avut nevoie pentru a fi o experienta de neuitat. Cazarea este utilata si echipata cu toate cele necesare, este curata, spatioasa si foarte bine intretinuta. Instrucțiunile au fost clare, simple, iar modul de acces al casei este unul facil. Este o casuta extrem de primitoare, ideala pentru cupluri, 3 zile nu au fost de ajuns si ne vom reintoarce cat de curand.

Our stay was so nice and relaxing. Surrounded by stunning landscapes and peaceful forest views, it was the perfect escape. The chalet was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed — especially the hot tub, which was amazing after a walk around in the forest. We loved relaxing in the hot water and waking up to the sounds of nature. The hosts were fantastic, very responsive and helpful and we’re already planning our next visit!

Great place for people who want to escape the city, also pretty close to a lot of casual (but stunning) hiking paths, local attractions and overall in the middle of nature while still close to usual amenities (stores, restaurants etc.) would definitely come again!

El entorno perfecto para un retiro alejado de la ciudad con una cabaña que destaca por su encanto y sencillez.

Our stay at Vladimir’s place was just what we needed. Peaceful, clean, and full of charm a perfect little break from the city. The house is filled with beautiful little objects from around the world that give it a really personal, cozy feel. Vladimir went out of his way to make our trip special, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. He was thoughtful, kind, and incredibly helpful. We also loved meeting Violeta, the neighbor, who helped us with anything we needed. We bought fresh eggs from her chickens, and her husband even chopped wood for our barbecue. Just such lovely people all around. Also worth noting: it’s super easy to get there without a car. We took the train and a short taxi, no problem at all. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, soulful escape in nature.

Un loc super liniștit , potrivit de al petrece cu persoana iubită. Un ambient plăcut cu o gazdă foarte comunicativă și implicată. Recomand cu încredere dacă doriți un loc unde să vă deconectați de la viața de zi cu zi .
