Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Transylvania

Great place for a family stay. Plenty of space, super quiet and very comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need and everything was in top condition. The host's parents live next door and we're super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the old town was a comfortable walk away. There is also a smaller town square with restaurants, a cafe and groceries just down the road. Great view from the rooftop terrace (thank you Elena for showing the kids up there, they had a great time making snowmen!). Highly recommended - worlds best according to my 7y/o daughter!

The host communicated all the details to us and was very responsive at the time we needed help. The house is very nicely arranged, you have everything you need. Most likely, just what you forgot at home you will find at your accommodation. The terrace has an easy to use fireplace, with wood and barbecue utensils at its disposal. Each guest was provided with a bathrobe, towel and slippers. The only problem, if I can call it so necessarily, was the fact if showering simultaneously downstairs and upstairs, the water heater doesn't really cope and the water temperature fluctuates from cold to hot. Otherwise, everything is well and we highly recommend the accommodation.

I really enjoyed the accommodation, everything is as described and arranged for Christmas. It was cozy with gorgeous scenery and a relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms/house clean, modern and comfortable, I was amazed how this garden can be maintained and how everything is done with love , excellent amenities!!! You really feel at home,where you find your peace and only have positive thoughts. You get this place loaded a lot and the way you're received makes you stop leaving. Everything is tidy and clean as it should be in many other places!!! Everything about it was perfect in every way! Sorin is an excellent host, upon arrival he welcomed us and helped with the luggage, my husband, I and our two girls stayed so his help was very helpful. After showing us the house, he offered to take us downtown in his car and show us some important points in the city. In addition, on Christmas Eve he came to check the heating and brought us "cozonac" that he prepared himself, my girls loved that kind gesture from him. The house was cozy and big enough for the 4 of us. We would definitely stay there again, and downtown Brasov was close, about 6 to 8 minutes by taxi, and the supermarkets were very close. There was even a nearby market that fascinated me. Thank you very much Sorin for your kindness, 10/10.

Beautiful house in the heart of a very quiet area. Possibility to park the car in the closed driveway. Spacious apartment bedrooms and living room 10 minutes from the old center but perfectly quiet.

Our group of 4 adults had a wonderful stay in Sibiu at Samolia's place! Tons of room to spread out with several rooms to choose from to sleep in. The decor is so fun and charming. The location was wonderful - we walked everywhere. Samolia met us upon check in and helped us with parking. He was attentive and responsive throughout the stay. We specifically chose a location with a washing machine and were pleased that the one in this apartment was available for our use. Don't hesitate to consider this listing, it's a gem!

The apartment is very nice and super central. The new and modern furniture. Everything was very clean. Large and comfortable bathroom. Wonderful view. The host is super helpful and friendly and has provided us with a list of the best places in the area. The only consideration is that, as the wall of the room is transparent, there is little privacy. We were 4 friends so it was great for us, but in the case of two couples it might not be the best choice.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay in this lovely apartment in Cluj. It was exactly what we were looking for—bright, practical, and full of charm. The location is excellent, with easy walking access to the entire city and very close to the park, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere of the apartment is warm and welcoming, with a tasteful selection of books, beautiful plants, and thoughtful design throughout. It felt like a lived-in, loved space—comfortable and inspiring at the same time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy Cluj from a peaceful, well-connected, and aesthetically pleasing base. We’d gladly come back!

A lovely apartment, exactly as in the description. Modern furniture with all the necessary amenities, impeccable cleanliness. Jacuzzi and the view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. Communication with Alexandru went perfectly, giving us all the necessary details. We highly recommend.

Atena’s apartment is the best apartment I ever stayed on airbnb. It is cosy, silent, very close to the nature and the city center. It is always our ‘home’ in Brașov.

Great apartment! Loads of space and beds were comfortable. The parking space was great and was tall ( we had a car topper on our car). There was air conditioning (though we didn’t use it) and a washer/dryer combo. The apartment had everything you needed. Cosmin communicated very well and the instructions were clear with pictures. The neighborhood was quiet but wasn’t far from the mall (very walkable). Would highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment located quite close to the historic city center, comfortable beds and very nice garden for meals. Very responsive and helpful host. Small disappointment for the lack of windows of the apartment but compensated by the beautiful standing of the place. Impeccable wifi and parking spots available at any time. A little succinct in term of kitchen equipment but rental quite recommend.

Well-located apartment (the city center is within walking distance), clean, spacious and comfortable with a dedicated parking space. The host is very responsive, responds very quickly and is very friendly.
