“My wife and I needed a little getaway to the beach on our own and tried our ABnB. Out of all the locations Al had everything we wanted; beach, private, and not a big hit to our pockets. The place was just as described! Access to the beach was as easy as it could get! Al was very attentive to us, and texted is to check If there was anything we needed. The unit was clean and the keyless entry was a great touch! We spent two nights watching the sunset on the beach and enjoyed the surrounding amenities - a few blocks down there’s Crabby Bill’s restaurant which has great service, food, and located on the beach! I would definitely stay again!”

“Jimmy’s condo was very comfortable and in a really good location. The place is on 4th floor and has a small balcony accessible from the living area and master bedroom, overlooking the pool. It consists of a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bath, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and bathroom accessible from spacious hallway and 2nd bedroom, a living room with two very comfy sofas (including one sleeper) and a big comfy armchair, a dining room seating 6-7, and a well equipped kitchen (the pots actually have matching lids!). The condo itself is renovated and modern. The building overall is a bit outdated but in good condition. There is a decent size pool and a Jacuzzi hot tub. One spacious parking space is included in the rental. The location is pretty good - nothing can beat seeing the ocean while sitting on the sofa. The beach access is easy, just cross the street and pass one building (ask the front desk for the best way to get there), and the beach is gorgeous. There are plenty of places to walk to from the condo, including restaurants, ice cream store, convenience store, coffee shop, etc.. John's pass is about a mile away which totally walkable (in winter months; probably not so much when it gets hot). Jimmy is an excellent host. Responsive, patient, and helpful. We were dealing with family sickness and contemplating cancellation. Jimmy worked with us very patiently. We also needed an extra inflatable mattress for our son and he provided it without hesitation. The only con is that sometimes it can get a bit loud from the traffic (for some reason there were a lot of motorcycles passing by), so we not always were able to enjoy open balcony door, which is really a tiny nuance in the grand scheme of things. :) All in all highly recommend the place.”
Our cozy condo is only 2 blocks from beautiful Sandy Beaches. It has a full kitchen, smart lock entry, king bed, work station, open balcony where you can relax while sipping on your favorite drink & catch a glimpse of playful Dolphins, sometimes Manatees & of course tons of birds. Best thing about this place is, even though it is so close to all the hustle and bustle; upon arrival, you will find it to be peaceful & quiet.
“We enjoyed our stay in Nick's condo. It is very nice and up to date regarding furniture and amenities. Nick had even left a bottle of red wine for us! We spent several of our days on the beach and saw beautiful sunsets. We went to John's Pass another day and also visited the upper Tampa bay nature center in a canoe - that was my favorite day! Another favorite was eating breakfast at the Waffle House close to the condo. Haha! All in all I would highly recommend staying in Nick's condo on Treasure Island. The only thing I was sad about was that the balcony faces due north so we didn't get any sunshine on it, but we were there in the beginning of january. I think it would get morning sunshine later in the year.”
