The holiday apartment is in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, a terrace and a private garden. On the first floor, there is the bedroom, a balcony with a panoramic view, and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 sqm. Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 sqm) can be rented in addition. Three more people can stay there.

The sun terrace is my 2nd living room: Eat comfortably outside or relax in the lounge corner with a glass of wine – just enjoy life.

This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Entspannende Ruhe und ein Sprung vom Hausboot direkt ins Wasser. Auf der unteren Terrasse kannst du Essen, Chillen und Lesen. Die obere Terrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden und Sonnenuntergang beobachten ein. Du liegst mit dem Hausboot in einem Naturhafen, der von einer unbewohnten Insel geschützt wird. Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
