The apartment is on the second floor of a semi-detached house, at the foot of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, between Senigallia and Fano. During the summer, included in the price, you can take advantage of a private beach with an umbrella and two sunbeds in Marotta (4 km). The house is equipped with a welcome kit, change of towels and sheets.

It is a cozy retreat for couples who wants to have a base to explore the area. Not suitable for big families or couples with big dogs. Not suitable for people taller than 1,90cm.
