It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

Nynäs Gård: lantlig, rofylld miljö nära Smygehamn.

Gästhuset ligger lantligt men inte ensligt i egen trädgård mot söder och väster omgiven av böljande raps- och vetefält. Några km söderut sträcker sig flera mil av långa stränder och i Smygehamn finns Sveriges sydligaste udde, Smygehuk. Många pittoreska byar, restauranger, gårdsbutiker, gallerier, hantverk o loppis här på Söderslätt men även på närliggande Österlen. 25 golfbanor inom 45 min körning. Havsöringsfiske. Fågelskådning. Låna våra cyklar och ta en tur längs de många småvägarna.

Huset är rymligt med alla bekvämligheter som ska göra att du får en trivsam vistelse. Totalt finns 4 sovrum, kök, vardagsrum, inglasad veranda och stor altan med soldäck i söderläge. Varma dagar tar du badrock och tofflor för att gå ca 100 meter för ett uppfriskande dopp. Från balkongen kan du se havet mellan trädtopparna. Välkommen till Kungsljuset!

Närheten till Trelleborgs hamn gör boendet populärt för resande till-och ifrån kontinenten. Egen parkering finns. Stadskärnan med bio, restauranger, padelbanor och butiker ligger en kort promenad bort. Lokalbuss precis utanför tomten. Fr Trbgs centralstation tar du dig snabbt m tåg el buss till bl.a Malmö o Kphmn. 10 min gång till golfbana.

En kort promenad från charmiga fiskebyn Smygehamn ligger detta lilla hus vid kustvägen med stor grön trädgård och närhet till både hav och vackra landskap. Med sydkusten som sträcker sig i båda riktningar kan man enkelt ta sig till Malmö/Köpenhamn eller till Ystad och Österlens alla smultronställen med bil eller buss. Huset ligger ca 300 meter från havet. Ta ett besök dit och njut av havsbrisen!
