Absolutely loved our stay! The house was small but incredibly cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for cooking. The sleeping area was especially charming with a beautiful view over the fields – ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying nature. The available bicycles were a wonderful bonus, and the host was exceptionally kind and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!

Pretty house close to the beach. We were group of 2 people and two dogs and we had so much place inside. House is really well equipped so you can feel at home. Definitely recommend it!

We felt very comfortable, it may be that some utensils were a little older and some dust could be found here and there, but it has everything you need, Yvonne and her husband are very friendly and the garden is a dream! We were allowed to harvest from the vegetables, which I unfortunately only read on the last day in the booklet with the house rights, and lots of great places to relax and discover. The highlight, especially for our son, is the heated pool we were allowed to use. A dream!

Although reasonably small, the three rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The beds looked very basic but were actually really comfortable to sleep on. The garden and location make this property though: great outdoor space with lots of chairs; beach over the road; longer beach with beach shack/cafe a few minutes down the road; train station also a few minutes away which takes you into Ystad; cycle path at gate which goes both east and west along the coast. What a beautiful area, we would love to return & spend more time on bikes exploring the coast and swimming in the sea!

Very fresh guesthouse that had everything we (two adults and two children) needed for a few days in Kämpinge/Höllviken. The guesthouse, with its own entrance and patio, is located in a quiet and cozy area close to the beach and other pleasures. Good ice cream kiosk a few minutes walk from the house as well as good selection of restaurants and grocery stores in Höllviken. Parking in the driveway right outside the guesthouse was included. The hosts were very nice and always responded quickly to questions. Recommended!

We on the pictures incl. Chickens, cat, horses and a small dog. Host very kind and accommodating, accommodation very cozy. At night it was a bit warm, but with open terrace doors it worked.

Lovely flat with intimate vibes. We felt comfy from the beginning. The sea is a little bit further than expected but totally fine (about 10min by foot) - the nearby Pizzaria was an absolute suprise. Had one of the best pizzas since a long time ago. 😅

Very friendly reception and I have felt at home. I have had the accommodation for a long time and am very happy with the accommodation and the host couple. recommend this accommodation.

Vii had a wonderful few days at Easter in Madeleine's little nice beach cabin. Lovely nature, garden, terrace and straight down to the beautiful beach and the sea. Good to have a car to get around. Good little dining area and kitchen with two burners and microwave to cook some food. Nice little living room with two beds. everything nice, simple and clean. relatively large bathroom. We'd love to come again.

Pierre's place is very cozy and is really very well located, especially with its proximity to the beach. It is also easily accessible by bus from Trelleborg. I felt very comfortable and was able to end my Swedish vacation there very well. Absolutely recommended!

The home met expectations. The pool was warm and comfortable and brightened life.

The apartment is a small idyll where you feel at home! Beautifully located, surrounded by nature, great for unwinding and relaxing. The equipment and the apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. Have breakfast on the terrace in the morning, with views of the fields, meadows (with hares🐰) lets you start the day satisfied. A small hiking trail brings you to a great, long beach with soft sand in no time. Super friendly and lovely hosts, with interesting tips on the surroundings, we thank you very much. We will definitely be back!

Anyone considering to stay here should definitly do it. It's perfect! Very quiet, extremly comfortable, (the beds are extremly comfortable!) very modern and the hosts are also very friendly and helpfull. The area is very nice, we had a good walk around, there are deers and all sorts of birds around. The house has everything (and more) you need.

Staying at the carriage house was so nice and beautiful. Everything you need is right there. Gary and his wife were also responsive and so helpful. Highly recommend :)

The owner knew in advance all our needs for staying in the apartment. He helped us get from the train station to the house! I have never met such friendly landlords! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher. The bathroom has a high-quality washing machine and underfloor heating. In the next room there is a workplace for those who work at home. The apartment also has air conditioning and a heater, which makes staying comfortable at any time of the year. When I needed something extra, Gustav provided it. I lived in this apartment for a long time and give this house the highest rating. There are 4 supermarkets and many other shops nearby, a train station and a bus stop. There is also a park with ducks and a lake nearby. There are also many cafes and restaurants on the main street near the house. The city of Svedala is safe and clean. You can quickly get to Malmö by public transport.

Besims place was wonderful and he was welcoming and was always responsive if I had any questions at all. The place was cosy and clean with lots of facilities which was very helpful! Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you Besim!

Was lovely staying in Markus' guesthouse. It had everything you could need and if not Markus would help you out. We had a great time discovering the area, did a day trip to Malmø and Lund which was easily possible by public transport, and we could wind down on the beach and in the cozy living areas of the house.

Beautiful countryside. Perfect place for walks and lots of bird activity!
