The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

the location of the house was very advantageous for our trip. The linens were clean. There was only one mirror in the bathroom. We think there should be a full-length mirror in the house! The hanger in the wardrobe was broken. We were please with everything else. Thank you.

Nice place to stay

Impeccable hospitality and communication with the host. Detailed instructions for using the house and all the accessories. The house in great condition from all points of view. Very comfortable beds, sofas, bathroom, and incredible cleanliness. So I go to Thessaloniki I don't play to go to stay anywhere other than Ria!

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful and green garden, a convenient area for barbecuing and outdoor dining, clean rooms and bathrooms – a very cozy place where we felt at home. Pets are welcome and they enjoy the lush greenery. There are good shops for fresh fish, meat, and bakeries nearby (by car).

Our stay was impeccable. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a stay. We also liked the view of the city very much. The apartment is close to downtown and is also within walking distance if you are not too lazy to walk uphill :). In winter it can get a little cooler in the apartment, but there are heating options in every room, so you are not exposed to the cold. The communication was also great and there were quick and friendly answers to any questions. Overall, we liked it very much and we would book the apartment again if we have a stay in Thessaloniki. :)
