It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). My place is located only 900m from the beach and town center and it is very easy to find. Shopping center is also 500m from the house and center of Crikvenica is about 3km.

My apartment is located only 200 meters from the sea coast, in Dramalj (Crikvenica). From the spacious terrace decorated with mediterranean plants, you can see the sea and the Kačjak peninsula. This area is known about beautiful nature and picturesque pebble beaches. The apartment is cozy and ideal for guests who want to spend vacation with their family and friends. My family has been “living tourism” for over 20 years and we are happy to host you in our place!

01.04.-31.05. i od 01.09.-31.10. grijemo vodu u bazenu usluga je besplatna i ne naplaćuje se. Nina je stara kamena kuća idealna za odmor sa obitelji i prijateljima. Udaljena od prometnica i buke, pruža mir i tišinu. Okružena sa prelijepim stazama za šetnju i biciklizam. U blizini se nalazi prekrasno jezero sa šetnicom, a moguć je i ribolov. Udaljena je od mora svega 5 minuta vožnje automobilom. U blizini (500m) nalaze se lokalne trgovine i kafići.
