Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The house is called a dwarf school and is the annex of the "Alte Schule Kirmutscheid", which is listed on the inside and outside, is almost 200 years old. It is located away in the forest and is interesting for nature lovers, walkers, visitors to the nearby Nürbrugring and for lovers of historic buildings. Up to 4 people Dogs are welcome and cost €4/dog/night (affordable on site). Also bookable here under the same address: the main building "Alte Schule Kirmutscheid".

Welcome to our beautiful Blankenheim, which is 900 years old. Enjoy the natural beauty in a modern and cozy getaway around this historic place. The apartment is only about 300 meters from the famous hiking trail 'Eifelsteig.' Shopping such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe are only about 2.5 km away. Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

Our beautiful apartment (70 square meters) is quietly and idyllically located near the forest. To enjoy the picturesque Volcanic Eifel, hiking on the Eifelsteig (stages 7-8), the Krimi hiking trail, the rock and Celtic path and in the Lampertstal. The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.
