The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.

Our 1-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of a listed house in the historic old town of Passau. The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a cozy five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

Our house is very quiet on the edge of the forest . The house has a large garden with garden pond. The cozy newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a listed Rottaler farmhouse, - an organic farm with goats, cats, sheep etc. has about 50 square meters and access to the balcony. Beautiful garden with pond in front of the door. Absolutely quiet location. Parking is available.
