Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αμφιλοχίας, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την αγορά, τα όμορφα καφενεία και τη θάλασσα. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός διαθέσιμος χώρος να παρκάρετε ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Η Λευκαδα και το αεροδρόμιο στο Άκτιο απέχουν περίπου 35 λεπτά.

Heart of Proussos Traditional house

The house is located in the central square of the village. It has direct access to it, 1.7km from the Holy Monastery of Panagia Prousou and 2.1km from the starting point for the Black Cave. It is next to the entrance to the paths that cross the village and connect the Holy Monastery with the Black Cave, with a stop at the unique Stremenos cured meat factory. The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two single beds. The fireplace can be used upon request.

The house is located in the center of the beautiful new Mikro Chorio, very close to the village square and the Country Club, in a dreamy environment at the foot of Chelidona overlooking Kaliakouda and Velouchi. Built with traditional stone and wood architecture. It consists of two independent residences, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
