We spent a small week with family ( 2 adults 1 child and a baby) in the accommodation. Maria Laura's house is located in a peaceful location 8/10 minutes walk to the beach and 10/15 minute drive to Sorso town. Maria Laura is very nice and welcomed us very well upon arrival on the island. communication is extremely quick and efficient via message (thank you again for the tips and good spots). The accommodation is well equipped with a very cool view of the sea in the background. We stayed at the accommodation for three nights. The apartment is quietly located and larger cities such as Palau can be reached in 10-15 minutes. I would book the apartment again anytime.

It was great in Cala Liberotto and Paolo's. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. Paolo responded immediately to questions and provided valuable tips. The terrace and the view were a dream. The great garden led directly to the beautiful beach. We highly recommend this place and had a great stay!

I highly recommend! The space was very clean and accurate to the photos. The kids were able to have fun in the garden and we took ample advantage of the exteriors to eat and rest. As for Antonietta, she is a very pleasant and responsive host. Everything was impeccable! Thanks for all Antonietta.

Beautiful, modern apartment, nicely decorated, great views of the harbour. The air condition (heating) in the living room was out of service. From the parking to the apartment there are several meters and 50 steps up. In the village, there are several supermarkets, without a car.

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Good house on three floors, good facilities, nice with terrace and small garden. Located secluded. We were two adults and 4 children. The city offers various opportunities also outside of season, there is, for example, a playground, beach, restaurant, grocery store, kiosk. We enjoyed our days in La Ciaccia. The host was welcoming and helpful.

Pleasant stay, the sea is really close. The restaurants next door are very decent. The apartment is nice with possibility to eat on the terrace. Very close to Castelsardo.

Mrs. Fabiola was super available, meeting all our needs. The house is cool, there is all the essentials and the location is great if you want to be in the middle of the greenery and a few minutes drive from the sea. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

We were 2 couples and spent 4 days in the apartment. Warm welcome from Laurence who gave us some great tips for organization, restaurants and activities. The apartment is in a very good location, quiet, comfortable and the terrace is exceptional! The apartment is well equipped and it was nice to have basic products and food. Like many accommodations in the upper town, it is not accessible by car, it is necessary to plan to park quite far away and carry suitcases. You also have to be in shape to climb the floors (quite steep steps) but it's worth taking advantage of this beautiful city!

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

Very good location of the flat: close to the beach promenade, the market, the supermarket and some remarkably good restaurants. The flat itself is very nice. Tastefully furnished, everything new and of high quality, beds and mattresses very comfortable, kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, air conditioning etc. The absolute highlight are the two terraces. Simply fantastic. The service provided by Fergus, Elisabetta and Silvia left nothing to be desired. Easy communication and quick feedback. We received numerous good recommendations. We were very pleased to have met Elisabetta and Silvia in person. What lovely and friendly ladies. Many thanks again for the great service. In short: An unreserved recommendation in every respect.

thank you Romina for your hospitality and availability, for our holiday week we had everything you need. The area is really excellent to enjoy the sea, to get around by car and to reach the center of San Teodoro. All services are close by. An extra point is for the accessibility to an ecological air inside the residence that allows you not to worry about the disposal of separated waste... aspect that in the previous stay (not here) had created not a few problems. Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

Maurizio's place was 100% perfect. It is actually much bigger than the pictures. There are two full size rooms and one smaller bedroom. Both bathrooms were good sized. The location was excellent- walking distance to restaurants, the castle, bars, etc. There is free parking at the apartment if you are able to get it - which we were. Otherwise lots of paid parking nearby. The apartment was FULL of amenities that were all in good condition. There is a clothes washing machine we used twice. There are SEVERAL BALCONIES that you can choose to relax on. The apartment was very sound proof when windows were closed. A/C worked great. There is a view of the sunset from the front patio. Maurizio was very responsive and made very clear that anything in the house was open for our use including the bottled water. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and would be great for two couples.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

We can only recommend going to Charlotte's place. The apartment is in a very good location, 5 minutes from the port and the departure of the excursions. 15min from the upper town. Quiet apartment, very clean. Charlotte is very concerned that you feel good there. We greatly appreciated having private parking and a supermarket 2min walk away.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

For us the perfect place for autumn holidays - hardly any people, great beach weather, beautiful nature and exciting excursion destinations (stalactite caves, mountains, Oasi Biderosa Nature Reserve, dream beaches). Super ice cream shop and good shopping in the village. The apartment has everything that you need and is really tastefully styled. Melania is an absolutely professional, responsive and generous host.

I had an extraordinary stay at Aurélie's place. Communication was smooth, accurate, and responsive for check-in and check-out. It feels good and deserves to be highlighted because this has not always been the case on other trips. The residence is very nice, clean and modern (barely a year). Quiet too but it's winter. The accommodation is just beautiful. The kitchen is modern, hyper-functional and the appliances are of excellent quality. Very convenient in the back kitchen. The decoration is in the air of the time and very good taste. All the comforts are there: Internet with excellent ping and speed, comfortable lounge and outdoor sofa, TV, walk-in shower. We see that the bedding is new and remarkably comfortable I was able to enjoy Aurélie's savvy advice from beautiful hikes by the sea, the Bonifacio Christmas market, little-known beaches and good local addresses.
