Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola

Nous avons passé une petite semaine en famille ( 2 adultes 1 enfant et un bébé) dans le logement. La maison de Maria Laura est situé dans un endroit paisible à 8/10 minutes à pied de la plage et 10 /15 minutes en voiture de la ville de Sorso. Maria Laura est tres sympa et nous a tres bien accueillie à notre arrivée sur l'Ile. la communication est extrêmement rapide et efficace via message (merci encore pour les tips et bonnes adresses). Le logement est bien équipé avec une vue sur la mer en arrière plan très cool. Un petit dej pour tout le monde avec gâteaux et confitures et chaque jour. rien à dire de plus c'était top. merci encore . bonne continuation ! Guillaume Deborah Milo et Matéo

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der Unterkunft. die Wohnung ist iat ruhig gelegen und größere Städte wie Palau sind in 10-15min zu erreichen. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es war großartig in Cala Liberotto und bei Paolo. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Bei Fragen hat Paolo sofort reagiert und wertvolle Tipps geliefert. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick waren ein Traum. Durch den tollen Garten gelangte man direkt zum wunderschönen Strand. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt!

Je recommande plus que vivement! Le logement était très propre et fidèle aux photos. Les enfants ont pu s’amuser dans le jardin et nous avons profité amplement des extérieurs pour y manger et se reposer. Quant à Antonietta, elle est une hôte très agréable et réactive. Tout était impeccable! Merci pour tout Antonietta.

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Schöne, moderne Wohnung, hübsch eingerichtet, toller Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Klimaanlage (Heizung) im Wohnraum war außer Betrieb. Vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung geht es etliche Meter und 50 Stufen aufwärts. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen.

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Godt hus i tre etager, gode faciliteter, dejligt med terrasse og lille have. Ligger ugeneret. Vi var to voksne og 4 børn. Byen byder på forskellige muligheder også uden for sæson, der er fx legeplads, strand, restaurant, dagligvarebutik, kiosk. Vi nød vores dage i La Ciaccia. Værten var imødekommende og hjælpsom.

Séjour agréable, la mer est vraiment à proximité. Les resto à côté sont très corrects. L' appartement est agréable avec possibilité de manger sur la terrasse. Très proche de Castelsardo.

Valeria est une personne qui prend régulièrement des nouvelles de ses hôtes et ce qui est rare d avoir une réponse aussi rapide à la moindre demande .Merci pour tout

La signora Fabiola è stata super disponibile, venendo incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. La casa è fresca, c'è tutto l'essenziale e la posizione è ottima se si vuole stare in mezzo al verde e a pochi minuti di macchina dal mare. Ci tornerei volentieri.

L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

Nous étions 2 couples et avons passé 4 jours dans l’appartement. Accueil chaleureux de Laurence qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour l’organisation, les restaurants et les activités. L’appartement est très bien placé, calme, confortable et la terrasse est exceptionnelle ! L’appartement est bien équipé et c’était appréciable d’avoir des produits et aliments de base. Comme beaucoup de logements dans la haute ville ce n’est pas accessible en voiture, il faut prévoir de se garer assez loin et porter les valises. Il faut également être en forme pour monter les étages (marches assez raides) mais cela vaut le coup pour profiter de cette ville magnifique!

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

Very good location of the flat: close to the beach promenade, the market, the supermarket and some remarkably good restaurants. The flat itself is very nice. Tastefully furnished, everything new and of high quality, beds and mattresses very comfortable, kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, air conditioning etc. The absolute highlight are the two terraces. Simply fantastic. The service provided by Fergus, Elisabetta and Silvia left nothing to be desired. Easy communication and quick feedback. We received numerous good recommendations. We were very pleased to have met Elisabetta and Silvia in person. What lovely and friendly ladies. Many thanks again for the great service. In short: An unreserved recommendation in every respect.

grazie Romina per la tua accoglienza e disponibilità, per la nostra settimana di vacanze abbiamo avuto a disposizione tutto ciò che occorre. la zona è davvero eccellente per godere del mare, per spostarsi in macchina e per raggiungere il centro di san Teodoro. tutti i servizi sono a prossimità. un punto in più è per l'accessibilità ad un aria ecologica all' interno della residenza che ti permette di non doverti preoccupare dello smaltimento dei rifiuti differenziati..aspetto che nel soggiorno precedente (non qui) mi aveva creato non pochi problemi. grazie ancora di tutto

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

Maurizio's place was 100% perfect. It is actually much bigger than the pictures. There are two full size rooms and one smaller bedroom. Both bathrooms were good sized. The location was excellent- walking distance to restaurants, the castle, bars, etc. There is free parking at the apartment if you are able to get it - which we were. Otherwise lots of paid parking nearby. The apartment was FULL of amenities that were all in good condition. There is a clothes washing machine we used twice. There are SEVERAL BALCONIES that you can choose to relax on. The apartment was very sound proof when windows were closed. A/C worked great. There is a view of the sunset from the front patio. Maurizio was very responsive and made very clear that anything in the house was open for our use including the bottled water. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and would be great for two couples.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander d'aller chez Charlotte. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5min du port et du départ des excursions. A 15min de la ville haute. Appartement au calme, très propre. Charlotte est très soucieuse qu'on s'y sente bien. Nous avons grandement apprécié d'avoir un parking privé et un supermarché à 2min à pieds.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Für uns der perfekte Ort für Herbstferien - kaum Leute, tolles Strandwetter, wunderschöne Natur und spannende Ausflugsziele (Tropfsteinhöhlen, Berge, Naturreservat Oasi Biderosa, Traumstrände). Super Eisdiele und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Melania ist eine absolut professionelle, reaktionsschnelle und großzügige Gastgeberin.

J'ai passé un séjour Extraordinaire dans le logement d'Aurélie. La communication a été fluide, précise et réactive pour l'arrivée et le départ. Ca fait du bien et ça mérite d'être souligné car cela n'a pas toujours été le cas sur d'autres voyages. La résidence est très agréable, propre et moderne (à peine un an). Calme également mais c'est l'hiver. Le logement est juste magnifique. La cuisine est moderne, hyperfonctionnelle et l'électroménager est d'excellente qualité. Très pratique l'arrière cuisine. La décoration est dans l'air du temps et de très bon goût. Tout le confort est là : Internet avec un excellent ping et débit, canapé de salon et d'extérieur confortable, TV, douche à l'italienne. On voit que la literie est neuve et d'un confort remarquable J'ai pu profiter sur les conseils avisés d'Aurélie de magnifique randonnées en bord de mer, du marché de Noël de Bonifacio, de plages méconnues et de bonnes adresses locales. J'ai hâte de revenir aux beaux jours... Merci Aurélie
