The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. If you have more than 4 people, you can rent another cottage for 4 people Hiking trails, café, restaurants and much more are just 10-20 minutes away

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there is also a pleasant patio where you can enjoy the fresh air. The lake is a stone's throw away. In addition, there is a swimming area on the island, perfect for cooling off on sunny days.
