The apartment is located in a quiet and natural environment on the outskirts of the municipality of Trogen and yet, only about 4 km from the city of Hof. Adjacent cycling and hiking trails allow you to make great excursions in nature. Excursion destinations: Hof Zoo, Hof old town, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, museum, Franconian Forest, Fichtel Mountains, Untreusee, various restaurants and much more.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.
