It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Private: property 400 m2 , swimming pool angular (7 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, 20.04.-16.11.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (90 m2), garden furniture, barbecue.
