This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa Bareta is newly built, modern and exclusive house, located in quiet part of island Čiovo, 100 m from the beach, 1.5 km from center of UNESCO protected town Trogir, 1.3 km from Trogir Marina and 5 km away from Split airport. The apartments are equipped with a flat-screen TV, fully fitted kitchen, an air condition, a balcony and/or patio with sea and pool views. Villa also includes a BBQ and outdoor pool with jacuzzi.
