Hiking opportunities in the area are almost endless. Rental of rowing boat is agreed at least 1 week BEFORE check-in, for boat experts (summer only). Arctic Dome Hosetåsen is located in Orkland municipality. The dome is located on a top with forest around, but with an open and beautiful view over the valley and towards the mountains in Trollheimen. Lie down in a soft and comfortable bed where you can enjoy the starry sky, and wake up to a beautiful view. Relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature and the view! From the parking lot it is about 600 meters to walk, wear good shoes as the trail goes through forest and a bit of marsh. In winter, you have to ski or snowshoe as there is no paved road.

Connected to electricity. Stove and fridge, freezer in the outhouse. Wood-burning stove, cold running water in summer. Outdoor toilet. Great hiking opportunities in the area. There are duvets and pillows in the beds. You bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.
