Close to the bus and the city centre, without losing the cottage feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Tårnheim on Hølonda Tower in the woods Melhus

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kitchenette in the first, library in the second, bedroom with good view in the third and a cozy pavilion with balcony on the 4th floor. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Welcome to my house! In my basement with private entrance door I offer a cosy studio flat of 35 m2 with a bed for two persons. Coach, small table and TV Private bathroom. No kitchen, but fridge, micro, kettle, it’s possible to make cofee/tea. Very close to the old town "Bakklandet" - nice to walk around the area. A lot of nice places to have a drink and dinner.Also very close to the Cathedral. You will love my place because of the location. The flat is nice for couples, friends and business.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.

Short distance to shops, bakery and cafe/restaurants. Only 20 min walk to the city center. The apartment is not big, but you have what you need for shorter or longer stays.
