Cozy storehouse in the farmyard

Enjoy the natural surroundings in our authentic wooden shed. Suitable for couples as well as families. Stabburet is located in the forest border of the courtyard and has its own outdoor area. You are free to use the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the forest, swim in the beach area and fish on the pier. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise, you can meet cats, foxes and deer.

Lian farm - the whole house

Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy your coffee on the terrace or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is furnished with peace, comfort and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a previously operated restaurant on the site. The house is only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Apartment: Bedroom/2beds, living room&free parking

The house is centrally located, 10 min. driving to the city center. It also takes 30-minutes to walk to the city center.There are two large shopping malls called Valentinlyst Senter & Sirkus shopping Senter around the house. And 3-minute walk to the bus station, a 20-minute walk to the train station. There is also a large children's cycle track for children to learn to cycle for free around the house. Frequent bus departures take you from/to downtown in 10-20min &10min with bus to city center.

Pensjonat Earlen

Pensjonat Jarlen lies in the heart of Trondheim. Only a stone's throw from Trondheim Torg. All rooms have private bathroom with shower and toilet, mini kitchen and fridge, TV with cable package and free WIFI. Beds made upon arrival. Towels are included. We guarantee that the rooms are ready for check-in from 3pm, but we are also helpful with earlier check-ins as much as possible. Our guests can always leave their luggage at the front desk pending check-in. Check out must be done before 12 pm.

We are 8 mins walk from the Fortunalia bus stop. Bus number 10 has a direct connection to the city centre passing Sirkus, Solsiden, Trondheim S station. Convenient if you don’t want to pay for expensive parking in the city and stressful driving in city with people walking and traffic rules.. If you come via train, bus number 10 will also pass by Trondheim S station and good connectivity til Leangen. Walking distance to the forest (Estenstamarka), Dragvoll NTNU and bus stop (Fortunalia).

Melhus Jagtøyen- Søndre, cabin by Gaula

Cozy traditional fishing cottage on the riverfront to Gaula. Water, shower, kitchen, electricity, WC in your own building. Private linens and towels must be brought. Exterior fire/barbecue area. Idyllic hiking area. Cozy new gap. Accommodates 3-4 people, also possibility of tents/camping. Possibility to buy fishing licenses. Wash yourself and empty the trash or I'll do it for 450,-

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.

30 min outside Trondheim city center we have this newly renovated stylish annex in our garden. Quiet and peaceful area with proximity to the forests and fields. Vassfjellet ski center is 15 min away by car. Shopping mall is 15 min away. 15 min walk away there are groceries, restaurants,pharmacy, gym,pet store, skate park, hairdresser and library.
