Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made according to my tastes (1st-floor apartment). Nestled a 15-minute walk from the city centre and 5 minutes from the train station, I hope this accommodation will offer a remarkable experience for those seeking comfort, style and convenience. Private parking and direct access to the terrace and veranda. Possibility to place mattresses (to take) in bedroom 1 and the veranda (€10/night/additional person) Quiet and relaxing are at the rendezvous!

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Cottage in the countryside (GITE)

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Comfortable and functional 2-room single-story house located in the stopover village of Pougues-les-Eaux, six minutes from the Tranchant Group Casino and 20 minutes from the Magny Cours Circuit. Living room with equipped US kitchen: microwave, Senseo coffee machine (pods are free). One bedroom with double bed 160 x 200, wardrobe and TV. Linens and towels are provided. Modern and spacious bathroom. Secure parking, motorcycle shelter available.
