I would most definitely stay here again I loved it

my grandson and family were ones staying there and I know that as far as place was concerned it was as described. I know there were issues with the wifi but believe it was resolved.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Suite Haus! First of all, the host made a last minute exception for me to stay one night when the booking is supposed to be a 3 night minimum. My plans changed last minute and needed another day in the city. The neighborhood is a typical Detroit neighborhood with a few renovations happening around the area. A couple vacant houses, which is pretty good for a Detroit block. That said, the property is super safe. It’s extremely well lit at night and has a bunch of different security systems and high tech cameras etc. The unit looks EXACTLY like the photos and everything is clearly brand new. They also don’t have radiator heat here which is GREAT and we felt super warm. The host was kind and super responsive. There were lots of little touches of all things Detroit and we loved the attention to detail. I’d definitely stay here again during my next visit.

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

I would give 6 stars if I could. Maxine was absolutely amazing and a delight. The apartment was really cool and relaxing. It is my new home in Detroit when I go to visit. They were more than just hosts that had a place. Maxine makes you feel welcome and is a delight to work with. Thank you so much for everything!

Loved our stay at The Exhibit (A2); would stay again/recommend to friends/family visiting the area, or an A2 "weekend get-away" offering a walkable dtA2 location. Thank you! (FYI: the checkin process is precise - the time designated...not a minute before. We arrived 15 mins early. Struggled at first, as there was more than one keypad, but were able to distinguish the correct pad through photos shared by The Exhibit. We grabbed coffee across the street, and witnessed many other guests attempt early entry. 4pm...entry started.) Had ease w/street parking, and elevator access. Shops/restaurants/bus stops are steps away, and the Comedy Showcase shares the building/entry access, offering discounted tickets for Exhibit guests. Our balcony view/ full wall of windows/loft feel was spectacular. The unit was tidy, bed comfortable, and ample bath supplies. Beautiful kitchen (although, sparsely stocked for stay-in cooking,/mixing cocktails/etc - plan accordingly). Perfect fit for our stay.

Lal’s place had an excellent location in a secure & beautiful building, beautifully designed unit, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, loved that it was so walkable as we didn't have a car. Place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The view was amazing and the host was very responsive!

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. The location and views were great for the price and would recommend this property to anyone in the area. Thank you again for allowing us to celebrate in your property.

Incredibly close location to all of the sporting venues. Historic house that’s been fully renovated. Overall, a great value.

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

I stayed here for work, it was five minutes from my job and easily accessible to all major roads. Grocery store around the corner to get groceries the complex is clean, quiet, and cozy.

This is second time staying in this complex while visiting Ann Arbor. It is right downtown and includes parking pass so that you are able to walk around town so easily! Love this location and the apartments are beautiful. Also very comfortable and a great space! Will definitely stay again on future visits!

Ruth Ellen's place is a gem! It is located near anything you might want or need but feels private and secluded. As a plus, Ruth Ellen is wonderful and is an excellent communicator.

There are so many GREAT things I could say about this place. The entire house is inviting and cozy. You just want to stay in. Each room is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful intention to detail. The beds are amazing and the linen and pillows super comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the bathrooms have so much space. Can I tell you about the couch though!? Who needs a bed when the couch is this amazing? The downstairs is perfect for a game night in and after you enjoy all the restaurants around town there’s a gym for a GREAT workout. My family really enjoyed our stay and we are already planning our next trip back in May! This place is a MUST stay if you’re visiting Rochester Michigan. The host are VERY communicative and really sweet, just the perfect getaway! Thank you!! Can’t wait to be back!

This spot was perfect for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. The place was very clean, quiet and in a nice neighbourhood where we could be walk our dogs. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Matthew was an excellent host and very responsive. Having a 5 bedroom home to stay at in Royal Oak is a rare find. Perfect house for a large family to stay. I would definitely come back.

The cutest stay for us and our pups! Very cozy home feel with everything you need. Extremely clean, lots of ‘smart’ tech features, and I think our favorite part was the neighborhood. Peaceful, greenery filled with family-friendly neighbors. Michael was easy to talk to and always communicated leading up to / during our stay. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at Joseph's with our two young kiddos for three nights. We are super happy we found the house available and it lived up to its description 100%. The place is super cozy. The kitchen is GREAT. The main bedroom has a better mattress (and far superior pillows) than the JW Marriot we stayed at three weeks ago. Medium firmness and ultra-supportive! 10/10 on the mattress & bedding. THANK YOU!!! For the kids: The downstairs play area was much fun for our 4-1/2 yr-old girl and the air hockey was a blast. The bathroom had a kid's stool and the tub was kid-friendly (and still very comfortable for an adult). The house is very kid-friendly, but note that there is a staircase to the basement which is open to the main level. This was not a problem for us as our 1-3/4 yr-old was finally slightly intimidated by something (or he just didn't feel like making a break for it). For toddlers, you might ask about a gate. We would absolutely stay here again w/wo kids!

John is a friendly, delightful, and helpful host! His house is spacious, fun, and perfect for family gatherings! Highly recommend!

This home was as described. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast and coffee on the first morning of our stay. We specifically appreciated the small coffee maker in addition to the Keurig style coffee maker. We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Oakland University. Our plans included overnight guests as well as additional friends for dinner after the ceremony. Ella communicated her expectations clearly and simply. Everything worked out perfectly. I specifically noticed that the home was stocked with plenty of dishes, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper to accommodate the plans we had communicated to her. Check-in and check-out was simple. Her communication was prompt and attentive. I am glad that I booked this place and I would recommend it to my friends.
