Million dollar view!!! No joke! 2bd/1bth. Newly remodeled and super cozy! Large kitchen with all the essentials, 55inch smart TV in living room with gas fireplace. Huge patio deck with views of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort. Less than 5 min drive to Boulder or Stage Coach ski lift. Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

The condo is part of Tahoe Donner which has access to amenities like snow play, cross-country skiing, trails, gym, pools with additional cost. The Snow Play area is just across the street! Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.
