The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort. The house is right on the lake making it easy to go fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, kayaking or water-skiing.
