Modern and peaceful cabin with 10 beds with a central location in Trysilfjell cabin area. The cabin is new in 2024 and is located on Mosetra. Perfect destination if you are going to hike in the mountains, cross country or alpine, golf, climb or bike. The cross-country trails can be found right outside the door, and the alpine slope, climbing park, bike park and golf course is 5 min drive from the cabin. The ski bus (50 meters from the cabin) easily takes you to Norway's largest ski resort. Perfect for families. Welcome to our paradise :-)

Large and great family cabin

Here the whole family can relax, relax and really get the good cabin feel. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. It's in a great mountain location. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skiing and by bike. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of approximately 100 km of well-groomed ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities for both large and small and to all seasons.

Cabin at Trysil - Ski in/out - Top location

Skansen cabin field sits right at the top of Trysil Mountain. Trysil has all the attractions you can think of. In summer, mountain hiking and biking in terrain, mountains, and trails are the focus. In winter it is ski in/out to Norway's largest and best alpine skiing, as well as ski slopes right outside the door. Bike elorado in summer with the bike lift, Magic Moose and the mountain run 100 m away. Ski lodge mountain restaurant is located 150m from the cabin. The cabin is in the south of Trysilfjellet, where there are good transport trails for the alpine slopes. The cottage has views to the valley. There are cross country ski trails nearby. The cabin is newly renovated in 2021 and has, among other things, new windows/doors, a new kitchen and a new bathroom entrance. New mattresses/duvets/pillows of good quality. Bed sets/towels can be rented for 200 per set per set. This must be booked 14 days in advance to ensure it can be delivered.
