Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Εχει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενα μπανιο και μια κουζίνα με καθιστικό. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μαγειρικά σκεύη και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Das Haus Chaliki ist Teil eines Neubaus bestehend aus vier Reihenhäusern. Dieses aus Stein gebaute Eckhaus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Ort Poulithra und hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Der wunderschöne Strand der St. George Bucht ist nur 60 Meter Fussweg entfernt. Alle Häuser haben einen eigenen Eingang und sind in eine Parkanlage mit alten Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Von überall her hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.
