Our house is located in a picturesque village, just 9 km from Leonidio. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with living room and 1 bathroom. In the house there is a huge fenced garden of 200 square meters with 2 green vines and 1 apple tree. From the balcony of the house you can enjoy the unique view of Prophet Elias and the green mountain. Just 10 meters from the house is the playground. Also 100 meters from the house is the tavern and the cafe of the village. The beach of Plaka is 9 km from the house. Fokiano beach is a 25 minute drive. Two-story house of 154sqm by the sea in the settlement of Sampatiki Arcadia. It is 5 km from Leonidio (about ten minutes' drive). It has 3 bedrooms on the first floor (2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bdrm with two single beds) as well as two bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a dining area. The house is fully air conditioned. It has two covered terraces overlooking the sea and a large garden. Free Wi-Fi & 2 smart TVs (+Netflix) are available to guests of the accommodation.

Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

On the large terrace in front of the house you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the sea.
