Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

A spacious living area is highlighted by a spiral staircase leading to an upper level. Bright purple armchairs and a cozy sofa with decorative pillows create a welcoming seating arrangement. A wooden dining table accommodates several chairs, complemented by a vibrant area rug and artwork on the walls.
