In the summer, there is a shuttle bus to town and beach that stops right outside on Cliff Road. Parking space available. Pebble Cottage is the smaller of the 2 houses on the property.

The home is a short bike ride to Millie's and Madaket Harbor and enjoy's easy access to Smith's Point for a day of fishing and swimming. With 3BR/2BA, a new outdoor shower, wraparound porch and decking, an updated kitchen and upstairs bathroom, a home office and workout space in the newly constructed outbuilding, you have everything you need for a memorable Nantucket vacation.

Nantucket Farmhouse-Walk to Beach-Near Sunset

The Nantucket Farm House was built in 1840 and was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023. If you are having trouble with ferry reservations and need a car, please let us know. We might be able to help. The home very private and is very close to beaches, bike paths, and the Nantucket public transportation stop. We are experienced Air BnB Superhosts and are committed to excellent service and guest satisfaction. We also have a full-time caretaker on island for your convenience.

This recently renovated guest cottage is a cozy place to pause between your days on the beach. In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!
